I went to use a cash machine today and saw the hidden barcode reader attached. Unfortunately by the time I had realised, the person in front of me was long gone so I couldn’t inform him, but I made sure the rest of the people in the queue knew. I told the cleaners in the bank that they should get someone to shut the cash machine down. I also told a couple of policemen who happened to be in the area. Went past the same cash machine later and hey presto! It had vanished.
No good deed goes unpunished… so what can I expect?
