Got the 8Gb Nano (Cheers Shunt) and it was such a pleasant surprise to hear no gaps between mix tapes/albums. Shame it took Apple so long!

A return to “normality”
After a return to excercise, having dodged it for over a week I find myself actually seeing the results of my efforts. Ran my quickest mile and beat my time for round the block by 30 seconds (out of 8 minutes). So I felt good last night (plus I tidied my room and could actually sit down on something).
At the moment I have my geek hat on (or anorak if you will) as I’m on an IT training course, but it is making me lose the will to live. I’m not a stereotypical geek, but come on guys… You’re dragging us down if you are going to argue about which is the best set of point-to-point protocols to use.
Well done google for buying youtube. Wish I had £883m to spend ![]()
(This was also argued on the course.)

54:40!
Hurray! Took a gamble on my leg and it paid off. Turns out I should re-caliberate my iPod nano as it thinks 8.74km is 10km (Run) so my previous run turned out to be a 55:29, not 48:30. Could have done better if I’d had the confidence to push my leg but I’m really, really, REALLY chuffed with that time.
You can still sponsor me though!
