In the last kick of the ball on Wednesday night, I’ve busted my left leg. I was fortunate enough to be playing against a personal trainer who thought I’d torn a muscle in my calf. “Fantastic” I thought. 10k run on Sunday to do for Cancer Research. For the past 3 days I’ve been resting my leg and putting ice on it.
I’m sat here on the couch debating whether to compete or not. Don’t think I’ll be doing a 55:29 like I did last weekend. Not sure what to do. Not sure at all.
You poor thing - Don’t think it would be a good idea to run on Sunday that could make things alot worse - But heh what do I know - surely your trainer would know whether you should run or not - It will be disappionting but there is always next year You take care
