Not much news, just still beaming from cutting my 3km PB down by 30 seconds. 12m 27s. Hurrah!
Oh and no more RunLondon. Who would have thought it would be popular and sold out by now! Changed to Cancer Research 10km on the 1st of October. I can run 3km… I can run 5km… Next 7km… then 10km. Eep.
Edit: Oh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh - shaved 1m 30s off of my 5km PB to 22m 08s. Don’t I sound like a running nerd
